The food is so tasty, even the salads and the bread. Every single bite is wonderful. The salads, like baba ghanoush, hummus, tahini, tumiyah, and even regular salad, everything is wonderful. The meat is well-marinated and cooked. I tried beef shawarma, kofta, chicken, and meat grill. Even the grilled vegetables are so tasty. Highly recommended place 👌 👍

This is my favorite restaurant in Paterson. The food here is unmatched, the staff is very kind and friendly, and the store is very clean and well maintained. We ordered the chicken kebab and mahamara , and the chicken was super juicy, and I would come back for the bread here alone.

Stopped in for takeout at lunch today. Great atmosphere and prompt friendly service. Great quality food that was tasty and fresh. Took a bag back home to Manhattan, New York. Location is a quick drive from the NYC, so highly recommended.

Just had an amazing experience at Al-Basha Take-Out. The food was absolutely incredible! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions are super generous, you definitely get your money’s worth. The service was just as great, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and really inviting. Highly recommend this spot! Will definitely be coming back!

Al Basha Takeout is one of my favorite spots in Jersey and I can’t recommend it enough. Yes, the menu is more streamlined than their full home restaurant but don’t let that fool you. What they offer, they do with absolute care and zero shortcuts on quality. Let’s talk food first: the falafel is perfectly crisp outside and fluffy inside, the hummus is silky and rich, the baba ghanouj has that deep smoky depth you rarely find done this well, and the muhammara is a must-order. And please, don’t leave without trying the mint lemonade!! It’s freshly made, bright, and genuinely refreshing in a way that bottled drinks will never touch. Beyond the food, what sets this spot apart is how thoughtfully it’s set up. There’s comfortable seating if you want to dine in, a separate area to wait for pickup so it never feels chaotic, and (something I deeply appreciate) a dedicated space in the back for prayer.
